Avoid this place at all cost; they broke more than they fixed. I went there to get a door lock on my SUVs tailgate fixed. The dealer told me what was wrong and quoted me $225. I took it here, told them what the dealer said was wrong. They said they did that, but it didn't fix it, and they had to further diagnose and do another repair - ended up being over $700 at the end of the day. That was irritating, but I let that go. Until I found that my tailgate window no longer rolled down, which it did before I took it in. I called them up, explained what happened, they said to bring it in; I did and left. Ten minutes after I got home they call and say it'll be $130 to diagnose the problem. I explained it worked before you fixed the lock. The manager rudely explained that "We fix cars here, we don't break them" and "Things break all the time, this just happened to break after we fixed your tailgate lock". Astonished, I went to pickup my car, it hadn't moved. Why not just tell me you weren't going to honor your warranty instead of making me go back a forth twice? Just don't go here... even if they fix your car, it'll cost more than it's worth.
They will try and rip off your wife. Tell she needs an engine when all it needed was coolant. Not a good place to do business, not trustworthy, take advantage of hard working woman. What they tried to do to my wife wasn't right, same engine just dumped water out and put in coolant. So be ashamed of themselves, go to Walmart you'll get a better service.
Called up representative named chance and after speaking with him, he reassured me that he would be able to fix a few of my concerns. got in my car and drove 30 minutes out of my way just to be told that "not even gonna touch it". Would not recommend,completely unfriendly, more like a backwoods mech shop. The treatment was completely back woods
Brought my truck to get an alignment, a week later 2 bolts under control arm come loose, went back and same thing a week later, all the while there claiming my brand new 2000 dollar front end is to blametook it to Alan's car care and has been perfect. Dont trust a shop that can't do a simple alignment correctly. 1 star cause there isn't a 0
Great quick service! Had a major problem with my Infiniti and they were able to do the job for almost half the cost of the dealer. I get all my maintenance done at this location now. They have a new Manager named Jon. He is very helpful and attentive. A+ guys! Thank you!
